A total of 650,000 square meters of the 950,000 projected in the business park of Morás, in Arteixo, are now owned. This was underlined this morning by the Conselleira de Medio Ambiente, Territorio y Vivienda during a visit to the Polygon of A Coruña. In total, 68.5% of the projected surface in Morás has been adjudicated, even before the works of the first of the four phases foreseen in this area have been completed. To respond to the interest shown by the business sector, he advanced that before the end of the year the urbanization works of the first phase of the industrial estate will be completed.
In total, the investment made by Xunta so far in Morás amounts to 73 million euros, ie more than 70% of the 101 million committed to complete the development of the four phases into which this business park is divided. Also and in order to allocate the land that remains available in the first phase of the polygon, about 135,000 square meters, the Ministry of Environment has planned to convene this year a tender for the sale of plots, once exhausted and depending on the demand that continues to exist, analyze the implementation of phases three and four.
