The directories of the Observatory's agents have two main objectives: to promote the agents that act in the field of business land by disclosing their activities and services and to make the search and initial selection of the agent that best suits the needs of companies and individuals easier.
The sections that the directory includes are the following:
- Promoters - Starter and financier entities and companies in the creation of business land
- Management entities - Organizations and entities that manage and maintain industrial states and business areas
- Companies - Companies that provide products and services related to business land
- Other entities - Associations, business groups and other entities interested in land and business development
The directory shows basic contact information for each agent and a link to their website. Entities may change the information of their entity when they consider it apt. The Observatory will annually send a communication to the agents to review (and update if necessary) the information shown. The Observatory will not be held responsible for outdated information if the entity does not provide updates. Appearing in directories is voluntary and has no legal connection.
To be listed in the agent directories, a small form must be filled out.
