The initiative of entrepreneurial councils is framed within the Law of business implementation and aims to contribute to the capture of investments for Galicia.
To be an Entrepreneurial Council, it is necessary:
- More administrative simplification: bonuses of up to 95 % in the IBI, IAE and ICIO for those projects that imply new implantation or extension of already existing companies.
- Easier access to industrial land: granting of building licenses within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the time all reports are available.
- More tax incentives: bonuses and incorporation of surface rights to favour access to business land in your municipality.
The Xunta de Galicia will give priority to these municipalities in competitive aid to promote employment, entrepreneurship, local commerce or industry 4.0.
