Consellería de Medio Ambiente, Territorio e Vivenda, through Instituto Galego da Vivenda e Solo, initiated the procedures for the modification of the sectorial project of the Ponte Caldelas Transport City, in order to adapt it to the current requirements and boost the supply of business land in the Pontevedra area. The dynamization and implantation of new companies, as well as the transfer or extension of the existing ones that needs urbanized land, are the main objectives of the modification.
