The canning company Calvo wants to expand its facilities in the Carballo business park by up to 32,000 square meters

The Calvo Conservas company requested the requalification of 32,000 square meters of industrial land to expand its facilities in Carballo. The reclassification, which would be carried out under a partial plan, is the most viable form of expansion for the company, which regards that business land in the municipality, more specifically in the Bértoa business park, is becoming less and less available due to the high demand for land. The company is not the only one, as the request to expand business land in the area is increasingly recurrent.
